Jaydan Mitchell is a Certified Professional Coach who believes deeply in the power of coaching, especially for people who are not used to feeling heard, supported and acknowledged. When talented, whole and capable people are given the space to hear themselves think, to reflect and navigate their own personal values and choices, without judgment and fully in line with their agenda, things truly begin to move forward.
Jaydan has over a decade and a half's experience supporting people from a rich cross-section of backgrounds to navigate complex life journeys. Jaydan has occupied the role of counselor, trainer, team leader, coach, curriculum designer and advocate. Along the path, Jaydan has sojourned in various industries, including customer service, non-profit marketing, workforce development, career counseling and vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities. This has built in Jaydan a unique perspective that informs his curiosity, his passion for service and his drive to see people step fully into their power. Jaydan's joy is to witness people change "I can't" into "I will," and "I will" into "I did!"
Jaydan is credentialed as Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), widely regarded as the "gold standard" and the global leader in the field of professional coaching. He is designated as Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
